Creatify understands that your privacy is important and that you care about how your information is used and shared online. We respect and value the privacy of everyone who visits our Site and will only collect and use information in ways that are useful to you and consistent with your rights and obligations under the law.This Policy applies to our use of any data collected by us about your use of our Site. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully and ensure that you understand it. Your acceptance of our Privacy Policy is deemed to occur upon your first use of our Site. If you disagree with this Privacy Policy, you must stop using our Site immediately.

In this Policy, the following terms shall have the following meanings:

Our site, creatify.ai, is owned and operated by Creatify Lab Inc. We are an independent platform for creating synthetic media, allowing users to create their text to video.

This Privacy Policy applies to Creatify’s websites, applications, products, and services, including AI Media Buyer. It explains how we collect, access, use, store, share, and delete personal data, including data obtained from third-party platforms.

Some data will be collected automatically by our Site. Other data will only be collected if you voluntarily submit it and consent to us using it for the purposes set out in section 6, for example, when signing up for an Account. Depending upon your use of our Site, we may collect some or all of the following data:

When you connect a Google Ads account to Creatify, you authorize Creatify to access and manage the Google Ads accounts you select.

Creatify may access and store Google Ads account information, OAuth authorization credentials, campaign and advertising data, creative information, keywords, and advertising performance data such as impressions, clicks, costs, and conversions.

We use this data to connect your Google Ads account, synchronize and display advertising performance, generate reports, analyses, and recommendations through AI Media Buyer, and perform advertising-management actions that you request or approve.

Creatify does not sell Google Ads data. We share it only with service providers acting on our behalf when necessary to provide hosting, security, support, or requested AI-powered analysis, or when disclosure is required by law.

Creatify’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

All personal data is stored securely by the EU General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) (GDPR).
